Any deposits paid are non-refundable. In the event of you having to cancel, we will be happy to reschedule to another suitable date.
Final balance is due one week before your booking.
if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice balance must be paid in full.
Our staff do not deal with cash payments on the day of the party. Any communication regarding payments should be done by contacting Glammylicious directly.
Glammylicious will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to products used by our party hosts. It is your responsibility to make any allergies known to us before party commences
You are responsible for the welfare of all children attending the party and agree to be held liable for any injury or upset occurring during the party.
We kindly ask that you monitor any disruptive or upset children to allow all guests to enjoy the activities on offer.
We endeavour to maintain a safe environment for children, and therefore do not allow any children to run around the spa area or communal areas
Due to space we can only accommodate 2 adults to stay for the duration of the party. If guests can be dropped off and collected.
There are shops and cafes close by for any parents who prefer to stay within the vicinity
We provide refreshments for children, but not food. You are more than welcome to bring nibbles/food with you
