Any deposits paid are non-refundable. In the event of you having to cancel, we will be happy to reschedule to another suitable date.
Final balance is due one week before your booking.
Our staff do not deal with cash payments on the day of the party. Any communication regarding payments should be done by contacting Glammylicious directly.

Glammylicious will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to products used by our party hosts. It is your responsibility to make any allergies known to us before party commences
You are responsible for the welfare of all children attending the party and agree to be held liable for any injury or upset occurring during the party.
We endeavour to maintain a safe environment for children, and therefore do not allow any children to run around the spa area or communal areas
Due to space we can only accommodate 2 adults to stay for the duration of the party. If guests can be dropped off and collected.
There are shops and cafes close by for any parents who prefer to stay within the vicinity
We provide refreshments for children, but not food. You are more than welcome to bring nibbles/food with you which are usually consumed in our party room
MOBILE PARTIES
On the day of the party all we require is a table and chairs (3 preferable) If you have any problems providing either of these then please contact us prior to your party.
You agree to be present during the party and be responsible for ensuring the venue of the party is safe and appropriate for children. We kindly ask that you monitor any disruptive or upset children to allow all guests to enjoy the activities on offer.
Your party host will arrive shortly before your agreed start time in order to set up and will commence the party at the agreed time. Should there be any delay to your host getting to your party on time, you will be notified via phone call or text message. This is occasionally unavoidable due to weather or traffic disruption.
Glammylicious will not be held liable for any accidental damage that has not been reported prior to us leaving your home or chosen venue.
